Join & Leave the Meetings:
Let’s first talk about how to join a meeting:
- Open the invitation (email, message, appointment) carrying the meeting details.
- Click on the join link given in the invitation content.
- Enter ‘meeting ID’, your ‘Name’ and ‘Email Address’.
Next thing, you’re into your meeting. That’s it.
And leaving meetings.....? You can leave from your meetings anytime, simply by clicking ‘Leave Meeting’ on the Top right section of the control panel. Upon clicking, you would be prompted for confirmation. You confirm and you are relieved.
Scheduling and Hosting Meetings:
All it takes is an account, which to your surprise, is free.
- Click on ‘Start A Meeting’ from Top left menu of the page.
(A new pop ‘Schedule a Meeting’ would open.) - Enter Meeting Details with Meeting Title and Meeting Description.
- Invite Participants by their email addresses.
- Set the Date and Time for the Meeting from calendar icon on the pop-up.
- Upload Files that you want to share with participants (meeting agendas etc).
- Start Meeting or Save Meeting
Upon Starting Meeting, an invitation email is sent to the participants with meeting details. This meeting schedule can be edited, revised or updated according to time requirements.
